What is Door Tactics University?
A step-by-step video training program for door-to-door sales. It is built on a real door-to-door process and split into four levels: First Knock, The Pitch, Objections and The Closer.
Who is it for?
New reps who want to get good fast, and experienced reps who want a repeatable process. It works for any product sold at the door: solar, pest control, roofing, security, internet and more.
How long are the lessons?
Each level has about 20 videos of around 3 minutes each, so you can watch a lesson between doors. Each video has a short written summary underneath.
How do I get access after I buy?
Right after checkout we send a login email to the address you used. Click the link, finish signing in, and your level is unlocked in your dashboard. Already have an account? Just log in.
Can I pay over time?
Yes. At checkout you can pay in full by card, or choose Affirm, Afterpay or Klarna to split the cost into smaller payments (subject to approval by the provider).
Is there a free version?
Yes. The free starter course is four short videos that show how Door Tactics teaches. You only need your email to sign up, no card.
Do I have to buy the levels in order?
Yes. Each level builds on the one before, so you unlock them in order: First Knock, then The Pitch, then Objections, then The Closer. To buy the next level, log in with the email you used for the one before it.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. Because of that, we recommend watching the free starter course first so you know exactly how we teach before you buy.
What does "founding member price" mean?
It's our launch pricing for our first members. The crossed-out number is the value of the level; the founding member price is what you pay today. Prices will go up after launch.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes. Pass the final quiz at the end of a level to earn your "Door Tactics Certified" certificate for that level. You can print it or save it as a PDF.
Is this an accredited college?
No. Door Tactics University is a private sales training program, not an accredited college. Certificates show you completed our training; they are not academic credits or degrees.
Can I watch on my phone?
Yes. The whole site is built phone-first, so you can learn from your truck, your break room or your couch.
